Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Community and Customer Relations Manager to join our amazing team at Badminton Place, a stunning, all-inclusive luxury care home in Bristol.

As a Community and Customer Relations Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to create tailored community engagement plans that connect with potential residents and their families and those in the community.

Ultimately, your communication and sales skills will drive occupancy in our beautiful home. Working with the homes event team you will support in organising and creating external events. You will also be pivotal in preparing and delivering marketing materials and social content, you’ll demonstrate and amplify the benefits of Badminton Place so that more people see us as the future home of choice.

In this role, you will represent our collective pride in the genuine care we deliver. And whilst it’s not a hard sell to tell people about our commitment to person-centred care, it’s a hugely competitive landscape that your preparation and plans will help us stand out in. The key to success in this role is forging strong relationships with individuals, communities, organisations and social care experts. And your regular contact with those key stakeholders will translate into more residents feeling the benefit of our dedication to care excellence.
