About the Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our amazing team at Badminton Place, a beautiful purpose-built, all-inclusive luxury care home in Bristol, rated OUTSTANDING by CQC.
We would love to hear from individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional food, dining, bar and beverage experience, who have a high attention to detail, and understand what outstanding customer service looks like.
This is a front of house position and as a Hospitality Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to both residents and guests. You will also assist to serve meals and drinks throughout the day to our residents and ensure that their nutritional needs and any specific food requirements are met.
This is a supervisory role and therefore strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role will include working along side the events team to ensure the smooth running of planned events and activities and assisting where required. You will also ensure that the bar remains consistently stocked and place orders when required. You will also devise staff rotas and ensure the smooth running of shifts.
