An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse (Days) to join our team at Fernhill House, a stunning luxury care home based in Worcester.
This is a part time position working, 1 day week one, 2 days week 2.
Berkley Care Group support the development of Care Home Nursing as a specialist field of practice, and in response we have developed our ‘Berkley Nurse Programme’. All our Nurses are supported to complete the Standards of Practice and Education for Care Home Nurses during the first 12 months of their employment and are mentored by an experienced Nurse from within the Group.
Our Berkley Nurse Programme therefore gives our Nurses fantastic CPD – equivalent to Level 6, training and development opportunities in developing their clinical and leadership skills as well as working towards becoming a practice assessor/supervisor. We will even pay for any re-evaluation costs.

Essential Requirements:

Active PIN registered with the NMC

Minimum 2 years experience as an RGN is preferred but not essential
