An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Assistant to join our amazing team at Shinfield View, a beautiful all-inclusive, luxury care home in Reading.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the home and its grounds, ensuring the home is maintained in a safe and functional manner to ensure our premises remain of a high quality and luxurious standard. you will carry out day to day maintenance activities including tasks such as basic repairs, decorating and basic plumbing and ensure all maintenance checks and audits are carried out and to a high standard.
* Please note, as part of this role you will be on call every other weekend, although you will be financially subsidised if you have to attend to an in home emergency, outside of your contracted hours. *
